How to order
You can order over the phone. If you do, make sure you have the Product Number of the item you want. This can be found further down the product page, in the first tab of the product.
Also, ensure you know the size or length of the item you want.
When you place an order online with IonTopia, the site will take you through those steps:
1. Find the items that are just right for you
Browse or search for the items you would like. Alternatively, you may use the SEARCH BOX which is located on the top of every page of our online shop.
Also, you may browse the category pages, which are listed on the left hand side of each page, or via the tabs at the top of each page.
You will notice that you cannot order simply by adding to basket an item if you are in a CATEGORY PAGE (Category Page is when you see many items on your page).
If you are in a category view, you need to click on the button called "SELECT OPTIONS", and you will be taken to the PRODUCT PAGE, where you can select size / length.
2. Adding the item you want to the shopping Basket
After you selected from your available options on the product page (For example size, length & Gift Wrap option), and you feel that you are ready to order the item, click the "ADD TO BASKET" button on the item's product page.
After you have added the item to the Basket, you can continue to browse and add more items to the basket, until you are ready to complete your purchase.
You can view the contents of your shopping Basket at any time by clicking trolley icon at the top of every page of our website.
3. Proceed to checkout
When you're ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping Basket, click the "Proceed to checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the checkout.
After ensuring that your delivery country is valid (we are based in the UK, and post globally), click on the big "CHEACKOUT" button.
4. Sign in
You can register an account with us, sign-in if you gave already done so, or checkout as a guest.
If you are a new customer and wish to open an account, please click on '"I am a New Customer" and enter your email address in the box provided, and click the "CREATE AN ACCOUNT" button.
If you are an existing customer please click on '"I am a Returning Customer", after entering your your email address and password to sign in. The password would have been sent to you when you open an account. Please remember to check your 'Junk' folder if you can't find this email. Alternatively please use the "Forgotten Password" link.
If you chose to checkout as a guest, just select that option and progress.
5. Enter your details
Please fill your personal details as required, Please remember that the e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address on your account. A password will be automatically generated and forwarded to the email address you provide us with if you chose to open an account.
All orders will be dispatched to the delivery address provided, if an alternative address is required please fill this in once you proceed to the next step.
6. Check and submit your order
Check the accuracy all of the information you have provided and make any necessary adjustments. A special note can be entered in the box provided if further such information is needed.
When you are ready, click the "SUBMIT & CONTINUE" button to submit your order. Once you place your order you will see the following message "Thank you--we have received your order". Later you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of posting your order. When you place your order we will acknowledge your wish to enter into a sales contract with us by means of the order confirmation email.
7. Enter payment information
All orders must be prepaid.
Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. You can select PayPal, or to pay with any major credit & debit card. You must enter the card number without spaces or dashes.
Note that prices are in British Pounds, and when viewed in another currency you will only see an approximated price, and that the final charge may be slightly different due to fluctuations in the exchange rate.
All payments will be processed for us by PayPal (Yes, they have more than just PayPal - they also function as credit cards provider, just like any bank).
8. Confirm your order
We will send you a confirmation email. If you cannot see this email after completing tour order, check your SPAM folder.
9. What if your card declines
If you receive notification on the screen that your credit or debit card has been declined, your order will be kept on our system as an open order.
If you want to use a different card, just do so.
Please note: only your bank can tell you why your card has been declined.
If you are calling your bank or card issuer, sorting it out and want to complete your purchase, please or go back to the Basket by clicking on the trolley icon on the top of every page, and resume the checkout process.
